Some of our UK Apprentices had the opportunity to share their experiences with Board members Nancy Gioia and Caroline Silver. They gave a presentation on their experiences with the Apprenticeship Programme and the contribution they’ve made to Meggitt. They had an open discussion with Nancy and Caroline about their experiences so far and their perspectives on Meggitt.
Caroline Silver says: “It was really great to get a sense of how they feel about the programme, Meggitt and their opportunities to learn and contribute. Their strong desire to contribute with meaningful work – whether it ties to being more efficient, higher quality, new products and processes or better for the environment – were clearly evident!”
