Year 1
You will attend the MTC training college at Ansty Park full time. Working with recognised industry experts, you will learn the foundation skills to prepare you for your Level 3 technical qualification, covering a variety of modules including:
Year 2
During your second year, you will join us full time. Put your skills to the test, working on real parts for real customers. You will return to college for three periods of block training throughout the year to continue to develop your technical knowledge in support of your diploma.
Year 3
 You will continue to work full time with another 3 periods of block training at college to complete the final modules required for your level 3 qualification, prior to your End Point Assessment.
Year 4
This is your final year on the programme and your opportunity to either specialise in a particular area of manufacturing or to explore more opportunities within Meggitt in other business functions. The future truly is in your hands.
